The building was was a little older but it was very clean. I went to my family member room the room was a bit small, but I was happy that it was clean. While visiting I had to use her restroom and the restroom was really old with a really low bath tub. She told me that she didn't take a bath in tub; she went to the shower room to take baths. The staff members did come by on many occasions to see if we needed anything, which I thought was great.
She has fallen a couple of times b/c of the inattention. It is honestly as though they could not care less about her surviving their facility. She is elderly and so it seems they just write them off - Patients not deserving of being served food they can eat.
